Ki Su-jong owns a building in Seoul using the maximum loan possible, a practice called “Yeongkkeul” (borrowing to the last penny). Even though he owns the property, he is facing a lot of financial problems due to his debt. To avoid abduction and to support his family, Su-jong embarks on a criminal plot. But the plan deviates from its original purpose, creating unforeseen legal and personal problems.
